I had a meltdown two weeks ago. It was pretty justified, but my head was sent more squiffy than perhaps it should have been. The upshot is that I found out who my real friends are, but the downside is that things at home have become strained.
My doctor has me taking a larger dose of those awful happy pills. I hate them. They don’t solve any problems - they just...

Going through a pretty scary time right now.
The long and short of it is that I’ve realised that I haven’t been well for a long time.
It’s going to be a long road back.
